Purchase and general terms

To complete a purchase, persons under the age of 18 must obtain guardian consent. If a minor makes a purchase without guardian permission, they are not legally bound by the purchase, but they may be held liable for any costs incurred by robertsfoto ("Roberto video & foto atelje"). The guardian bears ultimate responsibility for minors. Orders placed in another person's name without consent will be reported. Prices in our web shop and any offers apply while stock lasts and until further notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or typos. These purchase terms apply unless Swedish law or other applicable law prescribes terms that conflict with them. We have the right to cancel your order if it is not intended for personal use and involves further resale of exclusive goods.

Processing of personal data

Roberto video & foto atelje, company registration number 750824-3438, is responsible for and processes your personal data, such as name and email address, in accordance with applicable legislation (the General Data Protection Regulation) in all interactions with us. Price changes

robertsfoto reserves the right to end sales and to correct any image and typographical errors on the website, such as incorrect product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices, price adjustments (including changed supplier prices or currency changes), and incorrect information regarding stock availability. robertsfoto is authorized to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item purchased by the Customer, robertsfoto will of course inform the Customer and await the Customer's approval of the corrected price before further processing the order. All image information on the website should be regarded only as illustrations and cannot guarantee the exact number of goods, appearance, features, or origin. robertsfoto is not responsible for information on the website originating from a third party.

As our customer, you may receive email and SMS regarding your order, delivery, or other communication you initiated, as well as information or offers related to our customer relationship. Emails from third parties or regarding goods not directly related to our business do not occur. For automated messages, you as a customer can easily unsubscribe; information on how to do so is always included in the email or SMS. This can be done without requiring you to log in or similar.

Delivery

Goods in stock are normally delivered within the number of business days stated on the website. The expected delivery time for the item is specified on the relevant product page on the website.

If a parcel needs to be collected, the Customer should do so within the time stated in the notification. The parcel should normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. The Customer will always receive a notification indicating where and when the parcel should be collected. Notification may be sent by email, regular mail, and, if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone call or SMS.

robertsfoto will notify the Customer by email if problems arise with delivery. In case of delay, the Customer also has the right to uphold the purchase and require robertsfoto to fulfill it. However, robertsfoto is not obliged to fulfill the purchase if there is an obstacle that cannot be overcome or if fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable considering the Customer's interest in fulfillment. If the obstacle ceases within a reasonable time, the Customer may require robertsfoto to fulfill the purchase. The right to require fulfillment is lost if the Customer waits unreasonably long to make such a claim.

Delivery to private individuals normally takes place via Postnord, depending on weight and size, from our warehouse where the parcel is held at the pickup location for 14 days. For shipments that are not collected, a service fee of SEK 100 is charged for administrative costs (this fee may vary depending on the product and is added in addition to shipping costs).

Transport damage

In case of transport damage: If you discover visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, we recommend that you immediately report this to the pickup point or carrier. **Contact robertsfoto as soon as possible** by email (info@robertsfoto.com) and include your order ID together with photos of the damage. You always have the right to report transport damage directly to us as the seller within a reasonable time from when the damage was discovered.

Complaint

If the product is considered eligible for a complaint claim, the Customer must present valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, when making the claim. For complaint claims, the product must be handed in at our store.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, according to the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days, unless otherwise stated in the terms. The withdrawal period starts from the day the Customer or the Customer's representative receives the ordered goods.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods, such as goods manufactured according to the Customer's instructions or clearly personalized goods, or goods with broken seals that are no longer in saleable condition.

If the Customer wishes to cancel a purchase, they must, before the withdrawal period expires, send a clear and explicit message to robertsfoto by post or to info@robertsfoto.com. The message should include the Customer's name, address, and relevant information such as order number, invoice number, and product name.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for the condition of the goods after receipt and during return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the Customer. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent to robertsfoto, well packaged and in the original box.

When the Customer cancels the purchase and the right of withdrawal applies, robertsfoto will refund the amount paid by the Customer for the goods or service. robertsfoto has the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in value of the goods compared with their original value, if the Customer has handled the goods more than necessary to determine their characteristics or function. The refund will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from when robertsfoto received the withdrawal notice. robertsfoto may, however, withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the Customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, for example by receipt. The refund is made to the Customer via the selected payment option, unless otherwise agreed or unless there is an obstacle to issuing the refund.

For in-store returns, bring valid proof of purchase such as a receipt, digital receipt, or invoice. The store will assist you with the matter.
